The topic is:
Top Ten Books That Made Me Think.
This is very difficult. All books make me think, so the question should be top ten books I’ve read, and that is kind of like asking a mom to rate her children. Anyway, here’s a list of books, while reading which I had to stop and think or chuckle in agreement with, book that reminded me of something or books that stayed in my mind for weeks after I finished reading them.
1 – About Choice: Macbeth by William Shakespeare
2 – About Youth: Something Wicked This Way Comes by Ray Bradbury
3 – About Family: Anna Karenina by Leo Tolstoy
4 – About Belief: Hogfather (Discworld series) by Terry Pratchett
5 – About Fear: Ghost Story by Peter Straub
6 – About Civilization: Lord of the Flies by William Golding
7 – About Imagination: The Land of Laughs by Jonathan Carroll
8 – About Language: 1984 by George Orwell
9 – About Innocence: The Children’s Book by A. S. Byatt
10 – About Time: Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban
What about you, which are the books that made you think the most?
